Go under the Crewmember ERJ tab and then Reserve List.

Who has 4 free days to pick up a 4 day trip anyway? Not to mention they're all less than 17ish hours to start. Need 400% to get those taken

The 200% is BLOCK, not CREDIT. Be careful. I bit once, but that was the last time.

I wouldn't read that much into it. Yes they do actively fire pilots but if he was in fact fired why would they schedule it for a future date. I quit a few months ago and my schedule showed "terminated" just like everyone who quits does. Just be glad he doesn't have to be a reserve at ASA anymore.

Reserves are quitting faster than they can hire them. Ha. Can't wait till next summer with the rest rules. Going to be a fun time!

A lot of them are checking the 121 box and as soon as they prove they passed a civilian type training program.... Off they go! Good for them.
