Wow. Just wow. The company knowingly STOLE from us. If they didn't realize they were overcharging us last year when the new premiums came out, they're criminally incompetent. They knew it, they just figured we wouldn't notice. and our inept union almost let them get away with it too, not bothering to do an audit for 11 months. At least we know how they paid for Brads raise now.
Anybody want to start a wager whether we'll actually get our ~$63 per month they STOLE back? I predict it turns into another Red Arrow Day grievance and in 5 years, we'll get pennies on the dollar. They owe me at least $567.
Take heed anyone considering coming here. This is how they treat us. This is how little they value their employees. Stay far, far away from this sinking ship.

We would be terminated for stealing $5. But I'm sure they will claim it was an accident. Not that claiming such would save us in the same situation.

On day one of indoc at XJT we were told that the company will only fire those that lie, cheat or STEAL. Amazingly management seem content to do all three at any given time.
