I wouldn’t say suspended indefinitely..... there’s a definite end to the Delta contract and they will for sure start transitioning people over well before that is finished.

Just wait until Endeavor takes a few more airplanes.

By year end 2018, United plans to decrease its ERJ-135/145 fleet by 2 aircraft. The CRJ 700 fleet will be down one aircraft also by the end of this year.

This means our ERJ guys are taking someone else's flying and if we get something from UA on the CRJ side, it'll be at the expense of someone else too.

Default Interview

Hey guys I have a few questions.
Looking into Express jet. Can't find any up-to-date interview guides. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place. What all can you expect in the interview? Are they still doing the part where they ask you to write a paragraph about a time.....
Thanks

Never heard of the paragraph thing, ever. Generally, you have way better options right now with other regionals, unless you MUST live in Houston and you refuse to go to Mesa.

Pulse and 1500 hours? Hired!

Do yourself a favor, and pick another regional. You're setting yourself up for career stagnation and disappointment by coming here.

Yeah, don't hold your breath on that. We can barely staff the aircraft we have, no way are Inc and UAL going to give us more. I'm thinking the ERJs at XJT will remain here for a short while. I do believe this recent announcement of 40 CRJ-200s for Air Whisky and Scumwest is United preparing for the coming implosion of the XJT operation. Seems as if someone in Chicago rubbed their only two brain cells together and realized an airline held together with bailing wire and twine probably won't sustain their 50 seat feed for much longer.

Why would you come to a company that’s in the process of shutting its doors?
