The only thing to help hiring would be money, flow thru, insane movement (more planes), or a **** ton of free booze

Absolutely! Rumored to be a EMB 145 base, while we commute to ?,?, ? Or ? Makes perfect sense. Really looks bad for the home team.

All those ERJ vacancies they promised have dried up like a mummified prune. Even if one was okay with commuting or moving.
