They will operate Burger King with kiosks for ordering and further automate the kitchen. Their labor expense will be close to equal. Small increases in price to cover capital expense for equipment.
Companies that can are moving beyond the city limits. Mom and pop retail and light industrial.
Finally there will be an increase for necessary services, hotel maids etc. There will be inflation but not as much as you think. The real hit is on the job losses the entry worker will face after they can't afford to drive to suburbia to keep their $9/hr jobs.

Now that's some funny stuff.

I'm sure DAL is talking to an ASA pilot. All you gotta do is go hiking with some "Bozos" in Utah who run SkyWest, and you'll hear all kinds of stuff. Lawyered up DAL execs aren't well known for showing their cards, but thirty something millenials out west apparently love to prove how important they are and how much they know.
Now go read about the SAPA/SkyWest approved Soft Landings program again.
