Unless you are talking strictly CRJ you are grossly incorrect. If there are CA vacancies on the ERJ you may bid over to the ERJ if you are senior to hold that seat. You will never be able to displace an ERJ CA from his seat/base

From an L-XJT, an ASA will never and cannot displace a current XJT CA or FO. Period. The feelings are of empathetic ferocity on the LXJT side. We an deeply saddened for those that were put into such a terrible life position by the company, but we certainly do not care for those involved considering the past several years of quiet hatred among the two sides. I personally will never fly with an ASA CA on the ERJ, nor will many current FO's. I suggest those that can, find employment elsewhere. Regards.

My friend, don't forget which company couldn't meet a simple performance standard. You're going to learn a lot over here. Like how to work for an airline.
You seem to have not understood my statement sir. I'll spell it out...I see you (or any ASAer) in the cockpit, I pack my stuff up, go to my chief, tell them I'm not flying with you, I go home. I will never fly with any of you people. Ever. Enjoy EWR.
