Why are they pulling two Lufthansa tails out of the desert and painting them purple?

200 made and how many hull losses????????? Not a great safety record from what I see. Throw in a common type for MD10 and a cople of landings a month and you get recipe for disaster if the pilot and the weather are below average. Just my .02.

If I had to guess, it’s probably the superior MD-11 training (and I speak for everyone here: we are excited to do what the MD does on all other fleets!). Management knows that those crews deserve more airplanes for their adherence to policy, procedures, and their superior airmanship!

Or they just needed more lift and that was the most economical way to do it. *shrugs*

Jokes aside the data shows the training works.

Certainly seems to be working. Haven't had an incident in a long time so good on you.

Why would we as pilots even care what they plan on replacing the MD-11 with? We have no control over it, so why worry about it? Let’s worry about the things we control.

Now where are all those A-350s & 321s we were supposed to have? According to men with top knowledge……

Come on, you know common sense and reason doesn’t work here

Boeing shows FedEx concepts for 787F and NMA-F

Found some fodder on the interwebs.
