I can clearly see many have G Locked on a pay rate. If we are just chasing a pay rate then are we willing to take the rest of DL's contract? We are paid based upon a pay rate multiplied by numerous other work-rules and factors. Lets not forget those ALL IMPORTANT underlying factors as I mentioned above.

I have another novel idea, although not popular on the inter-web complaint boards. Lets let the full language come out. Lets actually see the language. Then lets look at what we already have that far exceeds many of the bullets on the AIP document. It will be surprising to some, but many areas we are far superior on currently.
Yup! Company makes billions, buying back stocks, hence, ergo, therefore, SHOW ME THE MONAAAAAAY!!! We should be the highest paid pilots in the industry. No CONCESSIONS!

Oh and read my posts again, I didn’t say “changed everything for us….” Said, changed the game for us, everybody…rising tide raises all ships.

These two posts prove you are management.

If it’s a nickel less than DAL, I’m a no. They weren’t even after pay. Most was QOL improvement.

Not to mention the fact that we obliterated them the past eight quarters financially.

This is really all we can do for now. I really do believe that our NC/MEC will not send us an unacceptable contract, but I’m unsure how far down the RLA process we will have to go to get what we want and deserve. At this point management are just digging themselves a deeper hole that’s going to be more expensive to dig themselves out of.

Furthermore, every month there are more and more new pilots coming off probation seeing their friends at other carriers getting better contracts that are going to have a voice when it comes time for a vote and they’re not going to settle for peanuts.

Just want to throw this out there one more time. JetBlue 12-year A320 Captains are about to be paid more than FedEx 12-year International B777 Captains, and that doesn’t even take into account their night override. Also, their contract was up in August of this year and they already have a TA. Think about that and what it says about how this management group values what we do.

Also, not to belabor the point, but I think it’s worth reflecting back to 2015. Fedex ALPA had just helped raise the bar on pay. Our 12 CA WB pay in NOV ‘15 was $278.94. DAL pushed through their TA2 immediately thereafter. Their new top rate JAN ‘16 was $320.71. That’s 14.9% on top of ours. Immediately. And the down line ramifications are significant. Their hourly pay rate for the 12 WB CA averaged over $40,000 above FDX 12 WB CA annually. That’s nearly a quarter million dollar difference after our six year deal. Now that they have gone first this time, it’s time for us to level up off of them.

We didn’t carve out the new hires to sub standard retirement last go, so there’s that!

I can clearly see that you are g locked into this notion that it matters what fleet management decides to operate. Get that idea out of your head already.

You seem to like to tell people to educate themselves but did you educate yourself on DAL’s short call reserve? Because you talked like you knew when you didn’t. Yet you are here telling others to educate themselves when you don’t do it yourself.

Lastly, we deserve MORE than delta because we do way more than delta. So, yes, we deserve better pay rates than delta AND whatever few better QOL items we may have. Don’t sell us short!

Do you? For everyone else, don’t let Noworkallpinseeker distract you from what you’re worth. They are either management at training department; maybe both. They have theirs, so don’t mess it up.

Hi, UA. You're right, It's not but had we gone with one of the company's offer that last time it would had guaranteed that anyone hired after date of signing would not have a pension. So, for all of you hired after the the last CBA was signed,...you're welcome.
Keep the faith,
