I agree with CloudSailor, but the MEC will never let it happen.

Can anyone here provide a sourced answer for this? I’ve always been under the impression that the TA’d sections were under NDA until everything was agreed to and approved by the NC/MEC. I haven’t ever heard of this info being released during other companies’ negotiations so I’m curious to hear from all those here demanding transparency if it’s even allowed.

Does any other pilot group get the details of TA'd sections? Some just want to punch holes in everything, how can you expect the NC to negotiate under those conditions.
I love the unity. I wonder which one of you is the clown on JF wanting to get rid of ALPA because their email wasn't answered. Same person that has admitted they are too lazy to look something up in the contract.

I agree if it’s not good for the NC, then it’s not good for me. But still would love to see what they agreed upon in other sections.

In '06, our MEC released every section as it was TA'd (put it online fdx.alpa.org). It is a choice. Our NC Chair stated as much during the last Joint council meeting. Though only a few where there to hear his message.

They should let us vote on the next offer the company gives. Then we get to read it and send it back with a very high no vote percentage. Maybe that would send the message needed

I honestly don't remember seeing/reading any TA'd sections for TA06. (website back then was www.alpa.org/fdx btw)
No Wayback Machine archive available in 2005 either. Last 2004 one shows nothing along the lines of anything our current MEC\NC have been doing Comms wise during this Negotiations Period.

And my email archive only goes back to 2008.
TonyC??? your recollection?

Lmao brilliant. Send this in via DART I’m sure the NC will eat it up.

Yeah, no. I’m afraid it would pass.
