If someone points out something, and you show them in a pub where they are wrong, and they continue to "lecture" or say anything other than "I stand corrected, thanks for showing me that" then they are a TOOL.

Not before you get rid of the "ChECkiNG iN aT fL 380" bros first.

Yea that's a "here's your sign" moment too.

Even better when they do it somewhere over Guangzhou.

I have represented many pilots when they’ve gotten crossways with the FAA and would strongly encourage anyone with this mindset to exercise extreme caution. While the AIM is not “regulatory” per se, it is a guidance document that’s published by the regulator to reinforce the regulations. It can and will be used against you if you find yourself on the hot seat and the “it’s not regulatory” argument is about as strong as 1 ply toilet paper. The idea that the AIM can be willfully ignored is a widespread misconception and will bite you with a vengeance.

People love to talk about our 6hr daily guarantee until they hear about rigs and calendar days at most other airlines.

Gotta love our 6hr 2 day trips that would pay 10+ hrs at a ULCC.

“but you imbecile, our system form is different.”

“it’s only 24 hrs TAFB, I don’t consider that a two day.”

”it’s only two flights, and low block.”

And on and on. The amount of excuses some people make for making less and having inferior CBA language compared to our peers is insulting.

yep it’s total joke. Plenty of 15 hour 4 days 9 hour 3 day trips. And they use you the entire 24 hours unlike pax airlines that at least attempt to have you start late finish early. This place has no concern for your time whatsoever. Sim training schedules just will give you a random two days off with the exact same early or late showtimes as the middle of the week so if you commute it’s not even worth it to go home because you either can’t make it home that night or can’t get to work in the morning on time.
