I would think it would be more than a bit awkward to have to explain to your former superiors why you decided to go rogue and hamper the forward progress for every single pilot on the list. Sure, he was tired too why not.

So you are telling me the company would not come close on a single issue in 18 months other than CPAP that JG could sign off on? Not one?

The NMB didn’t send the company home, he and the head NMB sent JG home and to come up with a plan. Three months later, no plan!

I don't think that. I read that in updates from MEC reps and heard it directly from the MEC Chair on Friday.

But, you are asking all the wrong questions, what is our Plan when 1&8 gets recalled? Are you ready for JG to return?

This removal was not thought thru and all those hoping for a quicker resolution has just stepped on our proverbial dick again. In order to rush back to the table, we have actually raised expectations, angst, division and the associated price of any TA presented.

I hope you have enough runway ahead of you for this intersection takeoff.

Quicker resolution? Yes, we are hoping to lock down maybe one section in less than 18 months, a feat which John was unable to do. The only one you can speak for is yourself- stop claiming we have raised expectations and division because that kind of talk is exactly what causes division.
