No email or phone call for me.
- 12000+ hours Part 121 large jets
- 4000+ PIC Part 121 large jets
- 20+ years of Part 121 experience
- heavy jet international experience
- 5 jet type ratings
- former Part 121 Check Airman
- current FEX written
- 4 year college degree
- no accidents/incidents
- 3 FedEx references
.....and NO sponsor.
But I will keep trying and hope for the best! Who knows, one day "the call" may come, even without a sponsor. It's a long shot, but you never know.....you have to be an optimist in this business.

And yet, some of us have taken it 4 times or more.
So when you say you have it, hopefully they don't ding you for retaking it every time it expires :-(

Might be worth making a note on that FE-W line if you think it could come over in the wrong way.
I was in a recent new hire class at FedEx and the system (head) chief pilot mentioned this particular scenario at least 3 times in his limited interactions with the class. (Fudging the date you said you had a FEX-W and when you actually had one.) VERY important to him. He even said to spread the word.
They have thousands of Profiles to choose from so if there is even a hint of dishonesty, etc. it's in to the next qualified applicant.

One thing to note ref the e-mail about the FEX-W upload...it mentions to block out any data fields that list Social Security number, age or date of birth. On my FEX-W test report, the "Applicant ID" field was my date of birth, so I made a photocopy, put white out on that field and scanned it in. Trying my best to follow instructions!
