ATP vs LIFT vs Lufthansa Flight Training
Confused between three schools
People define these regimented schools as being means to an end. I personally prefer the regimented nature. So even I might get a cheech and chong typa instructor the program will still keep me on schedule.
ATP-Fast. But high loan payments and bad CFI pay. Dont know the exact cost for 2020
LIFT-OK CFI pay. Subsidized cost. But 5 year contract with Republic. Don't what exactly happens if you break the contract.
Lufthansa Flight Training-Relatively unknown. $105k estimated cost. Don't know if CFI job is guaranteed and if I need IASA or European residency. Not exactly sure if there would be a contract with Lufthansa or not.
Oh and I'm pretty much broke.

ATP is part 61. You will owe over 100k if you get a loan when it's all said and done.
LIFT part 141. The subsidy is from the state of Indiana, where RAH is based and the school is located. You break your contract, you pay back the extra 20k from the subsidized tuition cost. Also since it is only 1 school location, they will eventually have too many students to guarentee a CFI position.
Lufthansa Flight Traing is an international flight school for that german airline, so you can't go to it, but they do hire american CFI's.

So what if I go through LIFT and they don't hire me as CFI does that mean I still owe the extra $20k over the original cost. OTOH wouldn't republic/LIFT know how to manage their pipeline to prevent maxing out on CFI and prospective CFIs??

My suggestion would be to incur the least amount of debt as possible. Find a decent place locally to knock out your PPL that would allow you to fly 3-4 times or more a week. Then go from there. Both LIFT and ATP will take you with your private.

I'm sure LIFT has provisions for the future. Opening a 2nd location or partnering up with a 135. Call them and get that info from them directly.
