Crew resources/Vista side
I passed the phone screen with the XO side of the house, but my base isn't one of their approved, but is an approved base with the Vista side of the house so they set me up with a phone interview with them. Any of the Vista guys care to comment on what appears to be a flat payscale and if they provide any benefits? Are rental cars available on overnights, quality of hotels, Hilton, Marriott, etc.? Is the pilot group as content as the XO side of the operation appears to be? Also I'm right around 3000TT with 2400MTPIC, how long are upgrades taking on the 350?

Hopefully integration will happen soon it would make scheduling easier and cpo is already aligned. Is training on silver tails still on your “off” days?

I just did the VJ phone screen, study up on 135 stuff because they asked a lot of questions. They are hiring for the 350, 15 on 13 off schedule. Base is $75 but most people are making $90-100 first year. Sounds like you get rental cars, decent hotels and some days off during the 15 day tour. Usually one leg a day. coast to coast, Hawaii, Mexico, Caribbean etc.
I did the VJ phone screen earlier this week. Interviewer mentioned they might be hearing something about a progressive payscale around the first of the year and seemed to imply the common thinking is that the two pilot groups will integrate at some point. Only tech questions were VOR checks, holding speeds, class D airspeed limits and Notam/Metar/TAF effective times. We'll see I guess.

All US based aircraft are operating on XO's certificate as far as I know, European ops are on a European certificate.
