There's also the fuel savings bonus each quarter that's another 3-5k for the year.
And of course the inevitable late go home day or extended day that will happen.

I interviewed near the end of Oct. HR called me 2 weeks later, I returned call and left message. Never another peep. Meantime, got a choice 91 job near home. 3 nights ago, email from HR with congrats for a Jan 6 class. Too bad it was a little too late. But glad it worked out for me!

For the guys on the X they upgrade before the end of their first year so that pay bump helps get them to the 90+ mark.

91 comes and goes quickly. I get the appeal I honestly do. I was in that same boat. Poof, overnight, it was gone and I was out of a job. Glad it's what you wanted to do, I wouldn't have taken it and stayed with XO. money is great and all but I will never make another work decision based on money. It bit me pretty bad with the 91 flight department closing up shop over night. 91 gigs are liabilities. They don't generate income. Only cost(s). Best of luck to you sir.

XO has been great to me during the pre and post interview process, I wish them the best of luck with the move to FL. I would certainly recommend them to someone hungry to fly and desire a tolerable schedule.

Congrats! I'd say most of us have that same luggage of yours. And the headset will work as well.
