Has anyone applied recently? What was your turnaround from submitting the app to hearing something back about a phone interview? It has been about three weeks for my friend. I'm also wondering if it would help to reach out to an XO recruiter or something like that? If so, who would you recommend? He has 2300 TT, 1000 Jet/Turbine, and 500 Turbine PIC.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

I also recommend patience. XOJET is right in the middle of transitioning from California to Florida, so recruiting isn’t not quite as fast as some of us have come to expect. However, I have found the XOJET recruiting folks to be top-notch, and am sure you will be contacted.

Great to hear! If you want any inside info shoot me a pm. Life on the line is great. All the stands captains I’ve flown with are great.

Base Captain rates range from $112,000 to $175,000, and there are still additional pay bumps for Standards Captains and Check Airmen.
If you choose a Flex schedule instead of a fixed schedule (8/6 or 15/13), a FO will earn an additional $12,000/year and a Captain an additional $16,000. There are also increased rates for getting home on your last day after 10:00 pm and after midnight.
You now start with two weeks vacation (16 days) in year one and can bid for one “personal holiday” day. There is also now an override for flying on one of five designated holidays throughout the year.
All in all, I think they put a lot of work into addressing compensation (but no changes to retirement). Most importantly, it’s great people!!!
