A little request......
When appliying online, please be sure to order your preference of crew bases. We have a metric ton of apps that have the default 5,4,3,2,1 as their preference. Each number is tied to a particular base. When we see this we have no initial idea of where you want to be based.
By listing your preferences, this will dramatically increase your chances to get a call.

Congrats! That's awesome! Good luck on your interview 
I got called this morning for an interview with EAS for a Phenom 100/300 SIC position. My current times are 3,270 total, 430 turbine (jet only, no turboprop :/) PIC, 830 multi and I'm an ATP with a Citation 500 series type.
My interview is this coming Tuesday, the 11th, in MKC. Pretty stoked!

RI - Do the aircraft and base assignments have anything to do with the experience level that an applicant brings to the table or is it solely based on staffing needs?

We look at applicant based upon their choice of base/living and also their quals.

They like to use AFW because there's no traffic and easy in easy out.
