If you have just 2 or 3 years until retirement and want to just swing gears with little responsibilities then take a closer look.
If you are young and have your whole career a head of you. Don’t waste your time. Go to a regional and get your 121 time upgrade in 2 years then get a senority number at a major.

I would recommend you also take the time to talk directly to our pilots out on the line. They will tell you the good and the bad and shoot straight with you.
