Please call, text, email your reps to send this back before it goes to a pilot vote....I didn’t walk around for hours in the cold, and sacrifice in other areas for this piece of crap!!! I won’t capitulate to these bullies. Put the ball back in their court, and keep the pressure on!!! At this point “no deal” is better than this!

100% READY TO VOTE NO!!!

So in effect the same negative impact as we now face. Basically guys on IOE will have the same seniority as our check-airman Lol.

Before PBS was in the picture, I do remember a conversation with a NC member several months ago who told me they were shooting for a percentage of dedicated check-airman lines. So for example 75% of anticipated IOE will pre build x number of extra captain lines. The rest of IOE would displace FOs and be pay protected. Course this is irrelevant now, but may show their thinking on the matter.
It could be that way, but it should not, or at least some language must protect it. ASA limited the company to withholding no more than 2% of block hours. Sure all the 2% could be the IOE guys trips, but they may need to be doing IOE on more than 2%...so at least they have a limit.

If ANYTHING went on your schedule, you were payed for it, whether you flew it or not. There was no calling in to be available if the company pulled you off. It touched you schedule, you were paid.

Already have and they have already thrown in the towel. They are afraid of the company, afraid of airplanes not coming here, afraid that they wont come back to the table. It's up to us.

That makes sense. Thank you.

Right or wrong, 51 percent is more likely to happen than not.

Agreed! The timing of this favors the company. Just about the time Christmas rolls around and little Jimmy wants the GI Joe with the kung foo grip. Are you going to say “sorry son but it’s another lump of coal because I have to live somewhere between 1st and 2nd year FO pay, Daddy needs another 3%.

When the road shows start....the “NO’s” will capitulate too!

Good input on this. I hope they negotiated what ASA did then. I kind of doubt it though.

"afraid"
"afraid"
"afraid"

Motivate from fear = never works well.

Are you telling me, the company threatened them with sending airplanes to other places instead of Frontier? And they fell for it!?!?

Patternholder—don’t raise spoiled brats. My kids, like most, are happy and thankful for what they have.

My vote, and many others, will stay as it is—NO!

I’ve been living within my means for years and can continue to do so for as long as required. I would suggest you start, but you make it sound as if you’ve already spent your pittance from uncle barry.
