I'm not ripping on you, and I am sure I'll turn to the pay rate straight away when a TA comes out, but it's the package deal that needs to be evaluated. The end W-2.
What needs to happen is an industry standard, comprehensive, CBA.

I hope that you aren't this short sighted when the vote comes up. A strong, high pay rate is vital, but isn't everything. I am sure the company would be happy to give you your $250/$170 and strip everything else away.

They’ve gone long into the evening (nearly midnight) on number of sessions. If the mediator didn’t already offer the option to extend into tomorrow, I would be surprised if they were NOT at the table right now.

hummm... Does this mean that the company actually wants to get it done? Or are they just putting on a show for the NMB? It seems like getting a contract concluded would be in the best interest of an IPO.
