So how many days off are we going to get while crediting these 92 hours under this unique and industry leading preferential bidding system?
People are just now realizing we don't even have min duty pay of 5 hours a day. It's a min duty average. Spirit has min duty per day AND and an extra 5 hour period for layovers that exceed 24 hours.
What did we gain for getting this?
What did we get for .27 less per hour of per diem? Add Spirit's TAFB * .27 / your tax rate and add that to their rates and overrides that we didn't get.
What did we get in exchange for all of that? 3.75/1 that does nothing for us compared to their min day?
You guys all realize we have to be available to the company from :15 after block in to :30 before departure for unfettered/unrestricted reassignment language? And they want us to put an app on our devices since we're going to shipset EFBs, I suppose. F that. Nobody else has that.
I guess no one remembers the maliciousness the company forced on CPO over sick issues. One we "got" that matches NK is their Medical Standards, Examinations and Testing language which is HIGHLY expanded over what we have currently.
Please tell me where I'm wrong in being ****ed off about this.
And back to the original question. How many days will I be getting off per month with 90+ hours of credit every. single. month? If they can't answer that then they need to quit selling that bull****.

True... I didn’t capitalize frontier... it doesn’t even deserve to be capitalized... and using 3 periods to separate thoughts is also a grammatical travesty... but if you’re (look, I used the proper version of “you’re!!) reading for grammar and capitalization, then you’re (again, the correct version!!) missing the point... thanks for your (look again!! The correct your) yes vote

However many days off you can get now with crediting the same amount.
That's a very bold assertation, no?
Spirit has average min FDP, same as the TA. We were going to get the 5 hr override for long overnights but the NC decided to trade that for a 3% raise in the last year. (It was at 1% for year 5 with the 5hr long layover language, IIRC)
I thought that I read differently, but even so, Spirit got both. I wonder why we couldn't pull that off? Did we give that up for the ability to only get 150% premium instead of 200%?
They answered that question in the webinar. Don't remember the specifics, but it was part of a package.
How does this possibly construe a valid answer? How does that matter, at all, in any way imaginable?
Our trip rig will be 1:3.5, not 3.75.
Yes, yes, thank you, my mistake.
