NK yes voter here (FWIW), haven’t heard a single yes voter regretting his decision. Don’t know what I would vote at F9.

Perhaps culture was a poor choice in words. I haven't flown with that many bad guys, I didnt mean the whole culture. I mean the idea that this group has that everything is fine, except the pay. That's unquestionably not true.

Isnt it kind of a wake up call when people are complaining that their previous rj job had better rules and benefits?

Call it culture. Self respect. Outlook. Whatever. This TA is a piece of crap. It’s an insult really. And it seems there are some of us who are not only considering it, but trying to defend it.

That speaks volumes to culture.

It’s why I believe this TA will fail - because I think there are too many people here that remember F9 before Indigo and are proud of what they built, what they came through in terms of bankruptcy, a potential sale to SW (where the masses said no because the deal wasn’t good enough), the actual sale to a regional and then Indigo. If you are an 10 year F9 employee, you've been through a lot.

I can only imagine that many older peeps are tired of yet again another challenge that requires significant mental toughness but it’s that time again.

So I understand the reference. Maybe not the best choice of words but the message is the same. We as a group need to have more resiliency. I think the culture here will prove to be what it should be.

Didn’t say I didn’t know about XJet. I asked if it was so good that you had to come here... why. Regionals as a whole are better but this is still a better landing spot, but only if this contract passes.

I personally feel that Indigo is not going to come back to us anytime soon. Why would they? They have us locked in at a bargain basement price and are making a hell of a lot more now then what they would if they got this deal through. 12-18 months they will be back and after we pick a new NC. All that growth can go away just as quick as the said we would get it. All those planes can go to away. They are not assigned to us as an airline but to Indigo.

I feel by bringing this in now puts us in a position to be bought and at least make a little money. All of you say how underpaid we are.. Yah... have you seen the pay rates we are at right now!? The money lost won’t make up with the $5 increase I’ll get in 2020. Sorry guys, this is what we have for now in my opinion.

Why would they? They can’t staff the airlines growth. That’s why.

All the growth can go away? Really? You really think that?

The growths not going anywhere. THIS IS THEIR BREAD AND BUTTER. This is what they own 100% of. Nothing else. This is what they want to grow the most.

They have money by the pound. They’re injecting 75 million into WOW like its pocket change. Since that announcement they’ve announced backing a Canadian ULCC.

Wake up people. Industry average, that was our unified goal. Stick to your guns.

Holy cow HB you really got a case of the spooks! Where ARE they going to send the aircraft? Frontier is the only indigo company that’s killing it! They aren’t going to sell them to the competition, that’s just stupid! Of course they’re gonna deal, and fast. Gotta keep the cash cow producing. Just cause the feed is gonna cost a little more you don’t kill the golden goose. Go tell your scary stories somewhere else. Nobody really believes that stuff.

Indigo wouldn’t be at the table RIGHT NOW if they didn’t need to be.
