I wonder how long until the newness of the pay wears off and people grow tired of working so much? I’m guessing before the company realizes it we will be short staffed.

mostly 135. I’m really curious how many apps they have received since January. You may want to look into doing an online job fair through aero crew solutions or attending an in person one. Probably not what you want to hear but that’s what I know.

I think a meet and greet/ job fair is basically a requirement to get an interview.
Consider that at the last meet and greet in Chicago there was around 90 people that attended. They did 10 on site interviews. I’m guessing they offered Denver interviews to at least 60 more. Now consider they do two interviews a week with 10-15 people each. That means they fill 2-4 weeks worth of interview slots with each recruiting event. This includes the meet and greets, NGPA, aero solutions, WIA etc.
So once again. If you want an interview. I highly recommend attending a recruiting event even if it’s the virtual job fair on the 19th.
