Current class started 4/27. Off on weekends. Indoc 5 days, Systems 5 days then General items. Finish ground May 17th. FTD (Fixed Training Devices) start various times the next 5 days after that based on bidding for the schedule. Each schedule has time off (3-6days) in middle of FTD's and again in Sims. All the sim lines ending by the end of June with many less than 60 days from start. Pretty efficient with good breaks to reset. They encourage going home on weekends and not sticking around.

You couldn’t pay me 300k to fly corporate. If money is what your after you’ll make more in the long run with an airline. Plus I bet that gig doesn't contribute 15% to retirement either like most airlines do. I’ve flown corporate/charter, 91/135. Your on call most of the time within a 2 hour callout and QOL is just not worth it compared to knowing your schedule in advance and being able to plan your life around work. If you plan on staying here, there are talks of year 12 pay rates for CA’s pushing $320 hopefully within a year before the NK merger. Once we come out with an industry leading contract like that, others will also follow and pay for everyone in the airline world will get better. Now of course, one can also argue that the extra pay will do little with this clown in the White House and inflation the worst it’s been ever.
