It took about a week for Sterling to complete their checks. I would expect about 1 month between interview to class. There is the potential to be offered a spot in an earlier class though as things change for other new hires.

Why Frontier? Any accidents, incidents, failures? Tell me about yourself?
It's all pretty relaxed.

Just about two months here and getting told my fingerprints haven’t cleared. Upon speaking to sterling myself they told me they don’t see anything regarding fingerprints for me. I’m wondering what happened. I was hoping for the April class, now the May class and thinking I won’t make that either.

Hey APC,
Regional FO here I’m actually a fairly new regional FO. I feel very lucky to have recently been given an interview here at Frontier. I live in one of the junior bases and have been wanting to come here since I got to the airlines. As far as the interview goes any advice? I’ve been studying the questions for the technical test but I was wondering what the overall feel of the interview was. I’m hoping it all goes well and I could fly with you guys and gals here sometime this year. Thanks!

The technical portion is only 1 out of 6 sections. All the others are TMAAT "Tell me about a time" questions that are designed to get to know you as a person. I would recommend Lori Clark for interview prep for Frontier at flytheline.com.

Some bases might have slightly different policies based on how you need to get a parking pass but in general the company will provide you the documents to get the pass, you will pay for it, and the company will put a stipend in your pay check to reimburse
