Yes, PHL is a junior base. Commutability just depends most on where you’re commuting to and the frequency/equipment/other commuters on the route.

It’s been awhile since I’ve done any commuting out there, but the only thing that looks sketchy to me is your AA RJs out of MHT. There are a lot of AA commuters to PHL that live all over and priority on RJs with their colors on the tail. F9 is of course your best bet, but second to that look for first come, first serve jump seats like Jet Blue etc. Maybe there are very few commuters out of MHT? You’ll probably just have to try your luck to know.
