I was aware of the move to 2 classes a month, but I'm not sure we have training resources to hire 120 a month. I wouldn't be surprised if they split them 25-30 each.

They are running classes of 55 about 3 weeks apart I guess. I suppose they expect half the class to leave before they even get to sim lol

Ground school is in Denver.
Sims can be in varying locations and when that is offered you will bid for those slots as a class.
You can put in a request to do IOE in a specific base but it is at their discretion.
I heard the wait from checkride to IOE is very short right now but maybe someone else can chime in that has finished recently.

Hello all,
Few questions on my part. I recently got invited out to Denver to do my compliance and logbook review.
1. Is it a one day ordeal (fly in the day of and fly out same day) or should I plan for more days?
2. Besides paperwork, finger printing, drug testing, what else does it consist of?
3. What does logbook review consist of and is it advised to bring both paper and electronic (I have Logten and Foreflight)?
4. Should I expect any additional interview/interview style questions?
5. Lastly, I do sport a well kept beard. Plan was to wear a proper tailored suit throught my time there, but should I ditch the beard?
Thank you all for your time and patience

Is this for the cadet program? It sounds like it is. If so, I can only be 50% helpful but happy to help. I had someone in my interview group doing the cadet logbook review. For him, I believe it was just the review, fingerprinting, drug test, ID picture, and compliance docs with HR. I brought both my paper and electronic logbook. My paper shows checkrides, has written endorsements, etc. My electronic logbook is for totaling purposes. I spiral bound my Logtenpro logbook at staples. I had it printed out and it looked very nice. As for the beard I’d definitely shave it. Even in training, they want you compliant with the grooming policy. No beards allowed. Maybe someone wiser can chime in but if I were you I’d shave it. Get used to it if you’re doing 121 the rest of the way

Perfect, thank you for the timely response! Yes it is actually for the Cadet program. I guess it's finally time to let go of the beard
I did already complete my interview process as a Cadet, but I was unsure if there would be anything addtional I should prep for in person.

2. Badge Photo as well.
3. You sit with someone, they open your logbook (PAPER ONLY OR PRINTED LOG10 and Tabbed with All Checkrides/Endorsements) They will check from Private to Commercial to CFI to make sure you were given proper certificate endorsements for your test.
4. If you are already accepted into the Cadet Program, No.
5. Treat it like you're going to be a pilot for the airlines. Beards are not common and usually you are shaved clean or a buzz. At least that is what I did. Even someone else with me said he missed his bushy beard but he knew it was exactly what needed to be done.
