Latest system bid 26-01 - no upgrades, but I doubt that'll last forever. Frontier's always been pretty hit-or-miss with hiring and upgrades.

Says who? Usually given past years they stop training in the summer time with all hands on deck and begin late August/September again. This place doesn’t know what they are doing first it was hiring 40-60 every three weeks with 30 upgrades a month now it’s we are pausing everything. Idk how they think that’s a good idea… I believe from the people I’ve talked to our attrition is about to skyrocket. Especially after the poor excuse of JD saying what needs to be fixed all while saying no contract on 26. Yeah pound sand bro.

Rejecting 24 airplanes in 3-4 months will do that.

A training contract said the department is buttoned up for the remainder of this year. With the high attrition numbers, the hope is in 2027 we will be right sized.

Contact? Not saying you or the "Contract" is wrong but even they don't know ******* until the last minute. Attrition should skyrocket. 40 plus a month. There will be more classes this year, I guarantee that.
