It is in Docunet under Corpcomm/LFDR Meetings as well.
I was disappointed to hear that the XLR's are delayed a number of years.

I’m fine with it, I have no interest in sitting for 7hrs. Even worse, Deadheading on our airplanes for 7hrs!!! 😂

They are firm orders and Frontier is the launch customer for the 321XLR in the US.

Haha Brick ^ you should come fly an MCO pairing makes Vegas look good ! Although things are starting to run smoother it seems thankfully

The video on the company intranet states they’ve got the choice to have normal 321s or xlrs delivered at that time. So the order is firm but the model is at the companies discretion.

That being said maybe something changed since may.

I bet we convert from XLRs to regular 321NEOs. NEOs still have long legs... but long haul just doesn't fit our business model. When 50% of the revenue comes from ancillary revenue, you want to shuffle as many people on and off the planes per day. Taking the plane on a 8+ hour flight just doesn't do that for you. I think we could make more money running a 321NEO between PHL and MCO then MIA and Bogota or SFO and Honolulu.

Plus, let's be honest, who wants to sit on a plane with no wifi, no TV and no recline for 8+ hours?
