Yeah, you wouldn't either. under 2k hours on an airbus making over 100k a year as someone who got into flying 2-3 years ago.

I would take it too, and so would you.

They will leave soon anyway, and our high turnover will continue, even after you retire.

I believe he’s like an E.R. doc: here to stop the bleeding, get the patient stabilized, and move on. I also believe that he has a compensation package that will reward him greatly if he is successful.

i do, also with this aircraft move i do but it's such a huge gable with how spirit is right now, i would love to see jetblue and frontier merge but unfortunately on how things have progressed its utopia

The 8K in January had some of those details. In addition to his $747K base he has a $1.75M stock incentive but only if he stays four years, plus a multiplier if the stock price moves upwards.
