personally, I think we can steal legacy customers. If we had a no frills airline, that got you from here to there on time with frequency and had a friendly, effective and helpful customer service experience, I think there’s plenty of folks that would give up a seat on United or Delta to sit in a plastic seat with minimal legroom and no snacks at frontier especially for sub-three hour flights.
That was Southwest. Not sure why this is so hard for the ULCCs. It’s not a secret sauce. Just copy the model and execute. You can certainly have up and down products within the model. A to B on time and friendly. Not hard.

It is clearly very difficult. Especially when our airport with the most departures (ATL) is spread across the whole airport and 4 different terminals.

I love those new E term gates Frontier landed, it feels like your walking to BNA from ATL.....

AL had already said this in RGS in December. This was anticipated, but now solidified.

Not sure why anyone is shocked. This is the guy who’s been here for 10 plus years and our union decided to give him 30 days and cancel a picket. All a bunch of idiots. New face same playbook.
