I think he meant that a nice Christmas present would have been the company and the union agreeing on one thing. Not a whole TA.

Oh yeah... I dont expect much anymore. I open these negotiator's emails and just expect to see the same "heres what we layed out, company countered with **** and impass." "company offered **** on this, we declined"

on to the next month.

Bottom line, we are entering 2025 in 35 days and basically zero progress or movement on the company's part, on the contract.

Jack’s labor relations experience includes a multitude of positions with the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA). During his time with US Airways he served as Chairman of the US Airways Pilots Strike Preparedness Committee, Chairman of the Communications Committee (where he was lead media spokesman for US Airways second bankruptcy), System Board member, member of the Merger Committee, member of ALPA’s Education Committee, Local Council Chairman and Chairman of the US Airways Master Executive Council during the merger with America West Airlines. He was also instrumental in establishing the Family Awareness Program at US Airways as well as helping develop ALPA’s “Pilot to Pilot” program, a grass roots internal organizing program.
His background is meaningless unless you know what his history is with the NMB and what he has done during his tenure there.

Mediated sessions scheduled for spring of next year! What a joke! By the time we finally get a deal everyone else will be starting negotiations again! My lanyard is turning brown!

When you lag your peers in every metric there isn't much we should have to give.
