If you are wise, you will not take the warning here regarding Siegel lightly.
He doesn't keep a job long and always leaves wreckage in his wake.
He is highly educated but has always applied his talents to his personal gain only.
Google and review his employment history.
In short, he's radioactive.

I agree with the Kelleher assessment but Kelly will show his true colors soon enough. He is no different than the rest. He just inherited a team at a better point in it's lifecycle. We will see.

Shortly after the annoucement of Siegel, a very experiened airline labor consultant told a Frontier pilot that "Siegel only cares about three things; 1. Money 2. Money 3. Money".
At this point, his greed for an IPO is potentially mutually beneficial for our pilot group. I am content that a smart greedy CEO is trying to make as much money for himself as possible, but I still take everything he says with a grain of salt.

Did the big announcement from June-July-August-Sept-two weeks ago on Friday happen? I checked both RAH websites and can't find anything qualifying as a big or great announcement.
Has BB finally decided to think before speaking? I'm curious what the rumors are RE: "separation".

The 2 of 8 MEA pilots did not "wash out."
One is on a legitimate LOA, he never took - or failed - his "Off-Probation" ride.
The other had "issues" on his "Off-Probation" PC, a pretty poor excuse, and, the last I heard, faded into LOA land. I don't believe he ever actually failed the ride.
