Then that's where people should be accepting jobs if Frontier's offer isn't acceptable. The only thing that would bring change is a shortage of qualified applicants that force them to compete with other carriers for new employees. That, of course, is never going to happen.

delta does not...but their first year pay also isn't 37.50 an hour either! it's a throwback from when we were an almost exclusively Denver based airline, and most people lived in Denver. wasn't exactly a high priority item when this contract was written, but obviously needs addressed in the next contract; especially as we open more domociles!

I hope that we don't consider virgin to be a high paying major. We as frontier pilots need to aim higher than virgin rates for our next contract

Agreed. The implication seemed to be that F9 was all alone in not paying for hotels. This is obviously far from reality.
