BTW, the extended leases are all thru Wells Fargo. 929 which is still scheduled to be returned on 12/1/15 is thru a different lessor.

Affirm, the next few aircraft will be additionals. My GUESS would be we will see about half of the 319s remain over the next 3-4 years. How can they not when fuel is $1.50 in some stations.

We have 3 more "snap backs". We go back to 12 days of sick leave, from our concessionary 10 days on 1/1/16, we go to our higher pay rates from the 1/1/12 pay table as of our 4/20/16 paycheck, and our final full pay "snap back" 1/1/15 pay table, will occur no later than March 2017. As mentioned already we open up negotiations in March 2016.
SIDE NOTE: management needs to understand that these are NOT raises!

LOA 2 is all we have access to here on apc I think. Do you have something more current?

Are you given a seniority number on first day of ground school?
Is there a paternity benefit?
If one was to start training then have a kid part way through would he be able to leave training for a while then return and not affect his seniority?

Thanks for providing the "snap-back" information, but it would also be helpful if you could provide what the "reinstated" pay rates would be for Capt.'s and F/O's on these future dates. Potential new-hires may not have a contract to reference the LOA 67 section you previously mentioned.

1 $118.78 $39.11
2 $119.82 $67.95
3 $125.23 $77.48
4 $132.28 $81.83
5 $141.38 $87.46
6 $144.55 $89.40
7 $147.32 $91.13
8 $150.71 $93.23
9 $153.41 $94.89
10 $156.11 $96.57
11 $158.87 $98.28
12 $161.68 $100.01
13 $164.19 $100.01
14 $166.68 $100.01
I expect these to be our rates for at least the next 5 years unless we merge. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe first year FO stays at $37.59 after final snap back. All other rates in this table are accurate as of 3/2017 snap back.

I had my son during my first year of probation. Even though I did not qualify for LOA, the company gave me two weeks off without pay. I could have taken longer if I needed. They are very understanding. I'm not sure what would happen during training. I would wait to get your number then bring it up. Otherwise, they may just offer to start you after your baby is born.
