If someone is on a budget and just getting on at Frontier (and isn't subsidized by family) then there are plenty of other affordable options that will last many years.
One Luggage Works (PurdyNeat) bag. Purchased in 1999, refurbished once for $125, and still going strong. Its the M1A1 of the luggage world. I'd estimate 1 out of 3 airline guys has one. The rest have a smattering of varied brands that are prob replaced every couple years. Cost of ownership for me is $28/year. Do your own math and make your own decision.

I have training coming up next month. Anyone have a good guide on the Airbus they can pass along or recommend. I'll be new to the aircraft and would like to get some basics down.

Do not, I repeat, do not do any prep. This has been covered in this thread. It's a huge pet peeve of the ground instructors. The Airbus is extremely easy to learn and Frontier flies it differently than any of the other guys. The guys at the school house are constantly complaining about having to re-teach new hires the "Frontier" way of doing things. Doing an Airbus prep is a waste of your time and money. We have a great training program. You will get through and there's no reason to make it harder on yourself but trying to get too far ahead.

I agree. Frontier training is very good, don't worry about it

Don't do any prep before you get to training. It will make things more difficult. The ground instructors will teach you what they want you to know. They will tell you when to study and what to study. Just relax and enjoy your time off and you will be fine. If I can learn it, anyone can

Welcome to Frontier

Does the 757.... errr 321 come with any more pay than the 320 or is it just one big happy-go-lucky category?

I actually have no idea, just curious...

Getting paid same as 318 with additional 100 seats is nothing to be excited.
