This was a HUGE opportunity to stand united and show management that we are ready for contract negotiations. Instead, it seems many are happy/complacent/whatever with status quo; which is constant contract violations, pay cuts, and general disrespect from upper level management. FAPA literally had to beg, plead and send daily reminder emails to another 25% who waited til the last minute to complete it.

Another way to view it is that we have had a participation rate of +82%.
I submit to you that 82% ain't 100%; But 82+% is a Majority. Yes i wish it was 100%; but 82+% will have to do for now.
It will grow... It IS Growing... for now those are the numbers.

I am NOT defending those LazyA$$ed MoFo's for Not taking the survey, but Your numbers are simply one, (of many) ways to look at it.

I guarantee (I hate to say it... But I will be a realist and not live in never land) that we won't see a 100% at any point. Granted, I do believe the # should be closer to 95 to 97 percent. We will see. It will take time, but everyone will be on board here soon... I believe.

Just a quick question, has Frontier now included a 500 PIC requirement for new hire FO applications. Cause I know over the past year, Frontier was desperately hiring FOs with 2500TT or above and PIC did not matter. But now I just filled out t heir application and noticed they are requiring a minimum of 500hrs PIC and thats the only i thing i dont have. And within half hour I got a Thanks But No Thanks from Frontier because the question where it asked if you have 500hrs PIC, I answered NO. All the other questions I answered yes and I met their req. So I am assuming now they want some PIC experience compared to none or low before.
