I don't know why the award and Flica seniority number doesn't update and is around 100 numbers different than the actual seniority list. I just don't think it updates. My seniority number on Flica hasn't changed in over a year. The fapa number changes every month

Nope. Those numbers don't add up to the discrepancy. Like I said my seniority number in Flica which is the same that comes out on the awards hasn't changed in a year. More than a few people senior to me have left in a year. I think it just doesn't update. But I'm still not sure why the difference exists.

It is the replacement for going to a job fair. If they like you they will offer you an interview date at the end. One of my buddies had it and was offered an interview date over the phone. Ultimately he didn't get hired.
