This...

Many people have left it recently due to fear of getting ratted on to the company by a certain member.

In arbitration both sides, company and pilots, present their arguments and then the arbitrator makes a decision - it usually is somewhere in the middle, and it will certainly be better than nothing! Also, since Trowser mentioned it, regardless of the fact that Frontier is a privately owned company, the companies financials will be disclosed to the arbitrator. A non-disclosure agreement is standard for arbitration. That said, the company will likely try to taint or bias the info it discloses to an arbitrator to favor its argument.

Our grievance is specifically over pilot pay increases per language in LOA67, the scope of the arbitrator's decision should be Company Performance/Financials = Appropriate Pilot Pay. No other decisions should be rendered, an arbitrator can't tell us to go back to the table to negotiate pay increases under LOA67. He/she renders a decision, and we're legally bound to it.

When should this arbitration occur?

It's hard to speculate on a ballpark timeline, ALPA will need to provide that info. Here's a link to Arbitrator Association's roadmap. Pay particular attention to page 3, a typical timeline, and also page 12 (appendix) that contains some stats (in days) for each part of the process. Complex and larger cases have an extended timeline. And in our case a decision would likely contain an award north of 10 million dollars.

Wouldn't the Form 41 DoT data that's been provided to us be a truthful snapshot of exactly how much money Frontier is making, to the tune of 15+% profit margin for 2014 and 2015? I'm not sure how they could doctor or hide behind what they are obligated to report to the Feds.

Even doctored financials would probably be far more favorable than DOT - and the DOT looks good!

So the company is quoted as saying..."We think all parties interest are better served by productive interaction at the bargaining table.”
Have you asked one of the negotiators how things seem to be progressing at said bargaining table? It seems from the newsletters that there is ZERO productivity whatsoever. In fact, the company is stalling. Unprepared and requesting offsets in the form of vacation givebacks and uniform allowance slashing? They say that Karma is a beeeeotch and I only hope this bunch of d-nozzles at the GO get what's coming to them sooner rather than later. Their recent success can be attributed to the ship on a rising tide phenomenon. As we've seen in the last few months, throw in some operational difficulties and challenges, and look what happens to the operation. Our departure and arrival metrics are an embarrassment. What does the company do to address? They send Biffle and Meehan out on the ramp...as a sign of what? The chief pilots have departed the reservation on the Concorde, and crew scheduling is violating the contract with willful disregard.
To those interested in Frontier, stop showing up for interviews and classes. Don't **** your $'s away on a job fair handjob, and look at all the others hiring with much better rules, pay, and management. From a pilot's perspective, this place is circling the short to medium-term drain and long term is a roll of the dice.

I agree with motorboatin. The company needs pilots. YOU DO NOT NEED THEM. You can do way better then what they are offering you. Allegiant thinks you are worth 40% more money then Frontier does. Never mind what Delta, United, or Americcsn value you at.
Regarding Sect 6 negotiations the company has offered ZERO proposals regarding pay, retirement or insurance. They are actively thumbing their noses at the current pilots and any pilots that would come here.
