Really?

That goes for nearly every airline on the planet.

On a positive note for ULCC's Alegiant bus & 80 pilots earn more than their peers at DAL.

This is a good read:

I predict within 5 years Frontier and Spirit will have merged. That combo will be unstoppable.

Perhaps, that is the gamble of this career.

The fortune article laments that earnings growth is not occurring, hence the stocks will stall as earnings growth is generally required for higher share valuations. It does say that ULCC carriers are trashing yields on certain new markets, but that the legacies are fighting back rather than conceding the budget traveler, which is costing them some of their coveted billions in profits.

I don't know about unstoppable, but I do hope that NK and Frontier merger you speak of will allow their pilots to negotiate to become the worlds best paid/QOL Airbus pilots on the planet, then they will have my utmost respect and admiration in addition to receiving total consciousness on your deathbed which will be nice.

He made a joke. It's a line from Carl the greens keeper in Caddy Shack.

What kind of ipad holders does Frontier use in the cockpit?

I need to buy an ipad case but I want to make sure I get something that is compatible.

Thanks.

They use the RAM mounts, specifically the ones that look like this Tablet Mounts | RAM Mounts

Any size case should work, although I've heard the crazy huge ones might give you problems. They should have a mount in the classroom so you can test it out.

I can't remember the type, but any case should fit. It's a clamp type holder-I haven't seen anyone have issues with it. Also, they'll give you a frontier case in training for free if you want to wait (unless that's changed in the past few years)

Most "majors" don't pay for a hotel in training. Look at what u get paid at NK with a free hotel & compare that with F9 & no hotel. It might come out relatively even. Also, how many sim sessions in training at each place & how does the washout rate compare? Very short-sited I know but you seem to be basing an employer / career choice on short-term metrics. All the best either way....
