This is RELATIVE.
You wanna tell a 2nd year guy at Mesa or a 4th year guy at ExpressJet (who might still be on reserve) NOT to apply? Really?
People come to this thread to learn about what Frontier is and what it isn't. They can read the pay scale and posts and learn some basic info about our contract. I would expect everyone who applies knows about the training contract, lack of hotels during training and the fact that we're in negotiations. What they don't know is how are the people they will be sitting next to and working with or what's it like on the road or in the crew room. How bitter is the workforce and how much a$$pain should they expect for the next 20 years?
People will obviously decide for themselves if it sucks worse than their current amount of suckage. And from the looks of the doom and gloom postings here, I'm sure many wonder what's worse - the pay/conditions or the people.
I, for one, prefer to just tell it like it is (lots of issues but hopefully some resolution within the next 3-5 years w/ a chance at upgrading in the same time) and not whine about what we already know is a stressful time...

Anyone who truly thinks Frontier "sucks" has obviously never held an aviation job that truly sucks. Does this place have its issues? Sure, just like any place. But keep it in perspective. This place is way better than most jobs.

Yup. Id invite everyone who cant stand working for Frontier to apply to a regional. Theyre all hiring. Dont wanna do that? I dont blame you. Talk about suck.

I don't understand the people that despise Frontier. Everybody and their brother is hiring. The door is wide open, I guess some would rather just stare at the door from inside. Can't get a job somewhere else? Then maybe you should appreciate the job you have. I agree, some people have no idea what a crappy job truly is. Every place has its problems, I truly believe we will get them worked out. Time will tell.

Go to the Job fair and ask. They will have the experts there that can tell you. I Also heard the big 4 plus Fed ex and UPS with have reps there.

I had over 12k and they spent just a few minutes on the log book. A good attitude seems to be what they are looking for but, that was a couple years ago so....
