Just wanted to give everyone a heads up the D.O. sent a MSG that we might get a new base. Details on the call tomorrow.

Might be relocating a base... United has stated publicly that they want to reduce the number of regionals they have operating in and out of a hub. We saw Mesa close their ORD base and move to IAD, so perhaps something similar here. They have said they want only SkyWest and Republic at ORD.

Come on ATL!!!! We do like 2 flights a day. Should be a base already. A guy can dream I guess.


I hope if we open a base that we close one. I am not thrilled about diluting what little seniority I have.

Seems odd that TSA is opening ORD in a few days then.
