Where did u interview at ?

My interview with a legacy contained quite a few TMAAT questions. TMAAT questions absolutely cover one's personality and decision making process abilities. For instance, TMAAT you failed as a leader. This tests one's personality. Can this individual admit fault? Is he/she too proud to do so? Did he/she learn anything from it? Or TMAAT you made the wrong decision?

I don't need a professional banner tower lecturing me about "knowledge" and "experience". My logbook and my passport speak 'millions' about my knowledge and experience. A good HR interviewer knows this and can get around all the BS.

Ah I see.... Well glad to see MR has to commute from TN to wherever he's based.... Hope he's wearing his hat.... After all he's a professional of the highest order. He's lucky he's still walking after asking my future wife why she was with me because I was just an FO at Comair (back in the heydays of Comair)...

No reason to go to gojets now that upgrade at tsa is "as soon as you have the time".

Tell that to the Comair guys that I know who are right seat reserve FOs.

No, but everyone IAD based is holding a line. There is 7 open lines this month uncovered thanks to the new UAL flying. STL based crews are still sitting "reserve" but do fly quite a bit. Upgrade times are very short from what I hear at TSA... within 2 years, or less, if the demand is there, especially once the mainlines open up. TSA doesn't have tooo many lifers around, not nearly as many as other places.

TSA grew by almost a third with one new contract. Those comair guys will begin upgrading in june or july as we run out of FO's with enough time to upgrade.
