The guys who say "im really laid back... fly the aircraft how you like to fly it"

That's usually the first sign that they'll talk you thru the flair.

I can't understand why experienced pilots still do that. As captain how do I get my FO to stop doing that without comming off as a tool?

He isn't a CVG guy on ALPA safety, is he?

That was the longest trip I've ever flown at DL.... (there were much much much longer ones at 9E)

No, he's LAX. I've flown with him in the past and it was bad. This time, it's intolerable. How do we block CAs again? I've never done it but I'm not flying with this guy again.

I believe it's a key on the avoid function on PBS.

Hard to say because I now have no line holding possibility even with vacation until some big things change!
