^^ There's a popular current movement these days to carry a video camera nearly at all times, and confronting legal authority in different ways.
The sad part is, the original movement had merit. There were cases of civil rights violations, abuse of authority, etc, and people were exposing it using video and the internet.
Unfortunately, it grew to include morons like this whose notions of their own rights and status as a citizen are just grossly misinterpreted, and they get off on confrontations like this. Note the tool mentioned "I've been tased before."
I think if I knew I was entering "likely to be tased" territory, I'd wear a steel or copper mesh undershirt. Should short out the taser.

We seem to have plenty of LCA TOTD stories. But what I hate even more is captains who play LCA, even though they are not LCAs. If I am not on OE or being line checked, stop quizzing me. I never asked you to help me study for recurrent.
