Yeah, the only one I keep original is Echo. But then I repeat it several times.

By convention, it's assumed to be the responsibility of the combatants to announce via established diplomatic channels if they're going to conduct warfare which they can't keep contained. The problem here is likely to end up being militia idiots with advanced Russian toys...ie they don't know how to use them right, and they don't have the process to demarche the situation.

The mere presence of low-intensity conflict is not usually a basis to stop all air traffic. The middle east would have been closed to civil air traffic since Nov 2011...
