He has yet to respond, and that little question mark (?), it indicates my questioning of what he actually meant. Even so his post shows a thought process that leans toward facilitating poor CRM, even if it was a jumpseater.

One of the many problems with imternet forums is the fact that people rush to judgement and shoot their mouths off even quicker. My CRM is just fine thank you. In fact my standard jumpseat brief is to ask the jump seater to speak up if they see anything they don't like. That said, delivery is a LARGE part of the message. You weren't there. He was an insistent tool despite being mistaken. With that, I'm through posting here on what's become flightinfoV2.0. Perhaps one day we'll have a respectful forum for us to exchange info and ideas. Fly safe!
