i think somewhere early on in this thread someone posted some numbers from a bid on what people can expect for each class.

in talking to those who have gone before me the numbers were pretty accurate. you'd have to go back and check them out. i think it was around page 30 but don't quote me.

yea it should be a solid date. on the bid that came out with recall classes listed it had me down since day 1 for may 10th.

the recruitment dept. is bogged down lately. i tried contacting them a few weeks ago over something kinda sorta important and they never got back to me. even after voice mails and emails.

i'm going to call in the AM to confirm my date b/c tomorrow is the day i'd have to give my current employer my official two weeks notice.
If you don't mind updating us with what you hear, that'd be great.

Fellas...I have an interview in the very near future. I am excited as you can imagine, but have several questions regarding interview gouge, etc. Is there anybody on this forum willing to pm me and help out?

I think you are correct. I think that the new hires with less seniority than you will be the ones assigned to the crjs, unless they run out of new hires and will assign from the bottom up. (get the idea) either way, welcome back.

why thank ya.

the only reason i'm wondering is b.c i've been looking thru my old erj stuff and don't want to study for an airplane i won't get.

i sent in all my fingerprint and payroll paperwork yesterday and got my flight info.

the 6 weeks at the admiral don't really call my name but i've heard it goes a bit quicker because CSI and FMS training are not a week anymore it's condensed to like a day or two.

They now want PRIA paperwork for CFI jobs. Otherwise the interview is identical to the gouges. Got the conditional offer! (Fingers crossed for the review board) Good luck to all!

It's weird the way they're doing it now. CSI is now integrated with systems class. Half the class will leave in the morning for CSI, the other half does it after lunch, and the instructors are all stuck teaching the same thing twice every day. They tacked on several extra FMS labs too which even the new hire in our class thought were overkill. The net result is way more time spent in CSI compared to the two days it used to be, and way yonder too much time spent using that stupid aerosim program.

According to the instructors, csi is where they tend to lose the new hires.
