We (I say that as a 4+ year dynamic pilot) are ALWAYS hiring. Honestly, hiring time range anywhere from 200 hours TT (yes i really do mean Two HUNDRED, you just need to go to 2 certain schools) to 5000+.
Most are being hired for Oconus work being deployed over-seas, so you must be able to hold a security clearance and legally able to work in the US.
Its a very rapidly growing company so response's can be somewhat slow. Must apply through the website (sorry, no way around this) and then wait. They typically do a phone interview or 2. Then if all goes well they schedule an in-person interview and a sim eval. If all goes well they will give you an offer.
Pay for the ISR deployed guys is nice and i just heard they are doing a 60 on/60 off rotation.
For the non ISR pilots, FO pay is about $12/hr flight rate and $15/hr ground. No direct hiring into the left seat. Upgrade times can be anywhere from a couple of months to a year or more depending on need. Upgrade times are typically 1200hours.
A&P rated pilots are HIGHLY sought after.

$580/day for FO and $630 for CA is not bad coin for 60 days on and 60 off. Sounds like a good place for some folks to build multi PIC time if the upgrade is quick enough and not live on the street.

You're saying guys are really getting hired with less than half of their stated mins and no T prop time?? I have 350 tt, 20 multi. Applying with times like this actually wouldn't be a waste of time?

What I see on Dynamic's web site is: "minimum 1200 hours total flight time, 1000 PIC hours, with 300 PIC hours in King Air or multi-engine turbo-propeller specific airframes"

I have a number of friends at Dynamic who were hired with just around 250TT. However, I believe that was largely made possible because of the relationship our school (LeTourneau University) has with Dynamic. Almost all my friends hired there 3-4 years ago are now captains, and a few of them are making six-figure numbers in the ISR department, but they do spend alot of time in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Could you go in as a transfer student who already has a commercial, instrument, and multi and pick an unrelated major or do you have to have an aviation specific major and earn all your ratings through LeTouneau's School of Aeronautical Science to get the advantage?

I see the pay posted above as 580/630 a day for FO/CA. I assume that starting pay, but is that accurate? I thought dynamic was supposed to be the highest paying of the carriers doing that type of flying.

Low timers are not going to the ISR department straight away. Dynamic does plenty of other stuff - hence the name Dynamic. Different departments have different pay scales. Different programs within a department have different pay, it really depends on the contracts.
As to what is the secret to get hired or even called in for an interview is anyone's guess. A hand-carried application is a great start and the best way. If you are trying to go ISR, a clear statement that you understand the living conditions are austere, locations are hostile, and you want to support the troops is a must.
Low-timers with an A&P have a leg up on those that don't, but that in itself is no guarantee.
We have guard/reserve pilots in ISR. Problems tend to rise within the unit rather than with Dynamic. Dynamic supports reservists.
There are projects outside of the two war zones, most are not ISR though. There are always rumors of more elsewhere. Pay varies.
