I don't know if it's a legit schedule or not, but I know I've seen similar framework in MCO. I'm assuming this guy is JFK.
With all the yes voters on here I honestly don't see the problem. The TA will pass, so why not make some money? After all, it looks like we will be selling ourselves at a discount for the foreseeable future.
Just the next 8 years.

Nobody is suggesting that if we vote this TA in they will then order the E2.
What we are saying, as I understand it, is that the decision to buy the E2 is possibly already made, and that they asked to have these C rates included and have spread the rumor the C is a "done deal" to get guys to look past the shatty E2 rates thinking the C is coming when it may not be.....

I haven't read one "YES" that I can recall. I've read I'm not a "no" and I've read wait for the final TA language, but I don't even think juicy Joe or Hyper is a definite "YES".

Everyone should be a NO at this point. You go to YES when enough is presented to move you to yes. From the info we have now I don’t see how anyone can have the needle not still stuck on the NO peg.

I’m a likely yes, but I need to read the final contract language. All 300+ pages. Especially the scheduling and scope sections.
Vote how you want to, but please at least take the time to read the sections.

Am I the only one that thinks that this will be frowned upon if we have a CBA? This was a big no no at my old gig. Going below your negotiated min days off is a slap in the face to the union. Amazing we’ve fought for years but people will waive their contract in the blink of an eye. Flame away if you must

Anyone else curious how vague the scheduling bullet points were?
That will be the largest part of the contract that has the biggest impact on our lives.
Read that section carefully once the full language is released.

What ever happened to Safety as a value? The science is clear on the need for adequate rest, to compensate for both acute and chronic fatigue.
To be clear: not calling CCH a d-bag, that is aimed at the chronic over-workers / company lackeys.
